The Suite @ Kitsilano Cottage is an upscale, spacious, two bedroom furnished suite in the trendy and historic, Kitsilano neighborhood of the West Side of Vancouver. It is situated a ten minute drive from both the University of B.C. and downtown. Jericho Beach is a short seven blocks away.
The house, a beautifully renovated 1916 Craftsman style bungalow, is on a lovely, quiet street. The suite features a blend of antique and new hardwood Mission style furnishings and original artworks.
Your home away from home provides your own telephone line with answering device; flat screen, LCD-TV with DVD/VCR with digital cable featuring pay-per-view and video on demand; CD player/radio; high speed internet access, for your Ethernet or wireless equipped device; in suite washer & dryer; guest bicycles and helmets for those rides along the beach promenade or just to enjoy the pretty tree lined streets and wonderful boutique shopping of Kitsilano.
There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. For additional guests, there is a double sofa bed in the living room, which offers hardwood floor and is brighten by large windows with a view of a lush garden.

The deluxe cook's kitchen features a side-by-side refrigerator/freeze with filtered water, ice & crushed ice dispenser, smooth top, self-cleaning stove, dishwasher, microwave and assorted small appliances. The private entrance is off a patio, tucked away in a fenced front yard.
We do not serve breakfast, however, for your first morning we provision the kitchen with a generous self catered continental breakfast.
The property is within walking distance of wonderful boutique shopping on West Broadway and West 4th Ave. Many of the very finest restaurants in Vancouver are in this neighbourhood. Granville Island is within walking distance, for those who prefer not to take the 10 minute drive. Public transit is only 2 blocks away.
Your privacy is our utmost concern. For guest staying more than a week, cleaning service and linen changes are scheduled weekly. Additional, fee based service, is available by prior arrangement.
A Suite @ Kitsilano Cottage is ideally suited to family vacations and business travel and temporary executive relocations.

In our own travels, we have found that an accommodation's listing or rating provided us with no assurance of the property's appointment standards, cleanliness or anything else. In fact, we prefer our property not be associated with some of those we've encountered with such ratings posted and therefore prefer to let our guests decide on how well we meet their expectations.

We operate on a 30 day cancellation policy. Reservations not cancelled 30 days prior to the proposed check in date, will be billed the full stay, total amount. If we are able to sell the time, or part of it, to another party, those proceeds can be refunded. The maximum amount is up to the cost of your own reservation, less a minimum, one night's stay equivalent, hold back to recover costs |
