Willows Estate Vacation Villa

Welcome to WILLOWS ESTATE. Make yourself at home in your very own private ground level villa, then wander through the "back 40" and take in the garden show place, complete with exotic plants, boulder rock formations, herb garden, vegetable garden ..... or better yet, why not relax in a soothing Hot Tub Spa (with Aromatherapy) on the spacious private deck after a busy day of sight-seeing. Facilities also include cable TV with televisions in both the living room and bedroom, and a stereo system plus a VCR.

WILLOWS ESTATE is a 1913 character Arts & Craft home  which has been totally and lovingly renovated to include a ground floor modern suite. Set in an idyllic secluded 1/2 acre garden the villa is a perfect picture of serenity for your vacation get-away.

Stretch out and relax in 750 square feet of your own private living space in a modern executive fully furnished vacation villa, with laundry, and natural gas fireplace.

I’ve supplied the spices, coffee filters, toilet tissue, face tissue, soap (laundry & hand), enough tea and coffee to get you past your first day and other odds and ends. Facilities also include cable TV with televisions in both the living room and bedroom,a modern 5-disc CD player, cassette tape deck, AM/FM stereo system plus a VCR. Visit Elaine at Fireside Video just around the corner, for your home viewing pleasure.

The bedroom features a natural gas fireplace to take away any morning chill, with a new deluxe full-sized bed. There is also a full size a hide-a-bed in the living room area. And just let me know if you need anything and it will be my pleasure to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Private telephone, which you can use for internet connection, and telephone answering service is supplied for local calls, and you can use your calling card for any long-distance.

Estevan village with a bank, a market for fresh vegetables, a fine restaurant and café is just around the corner from your home. Just a short walk to Willows Beach & Willows Park - and don’t forget to stop at Willows Galley where Glen will fix you up the best Fish & Chips in town. The Vanilla Bakery is down the lane - lattes, fresh muffins and cinammon buns at the other end of your morning stroll

Along Beach Drive you’ll come to Oak Bay Marina with a wonderful restaurant (including a great Sushi Bar) and café facilities ---(and watch the seals playing outside), as well as Salmon fishing and sailing charters.The Oak Bay Beach Hotel is just a short 5-minute walk farther along Beach Drive. You might even book a wonderful adventure tour which the Oak Bay Beach Hotel organizes, or go Whale Watching (in Season) or simply enjoy a pint and a pub-style meal at "The Snug".

Close to "Willows Estate" is the ultra modern Oak Bay Recreation Center with swimming, ice skating, spa, tennis, and health club facilities. The Oak Bay Village is moments away where you will find excellent shopping, 4 banks, a food market, Starbucks, fine dining, an English tearoom and the PennyFarthing Pub.

Rates
All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars

• $500 per week or $1,800 per month in High Season
  May 1st  through September 30th.
• $350 per week or $1,300 per month in Low Season
  October 1st   through April 30th.

Minimum rental period is one week. Additional days at $75.00 /day High Season - $50.00/day Low Season. Payment by cash, money order or Visa. Rates quoted are for double occupancy. Charge for additional children is $10/night per person no matter what the age. Maximum occupancy four persons. Deposit required. Balance due upon check-in. Cancellation policy: Any cancellation occurring within 14 days of reserved arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of rental on your credit card.
